Bits per second for compressed encoders; ignored for AudioEncoder.Wav. On iOS it is lowered to the highest rate the encoder supports for the sample rate and channel count (about 50 kbit/s for 16 kHz mono).

Absolute path. An existing file is overwritten. AudioCapture.recordingPath gives one in the app's private storage.
